Initial Strategy Session

  • We’ll meet at the studio located South of Market in San Francisco.
  • We’ll get to know more about each other. Your needs and my offerings.
  • I’ll share my recommendations for your success with you.
  • If it’s a good for the both of us to work together, we’ll move forward with scheduling our 1st 1-on-1.

Intake & Status Reporting

  • After we decide on a start date, we’ll begin the intake process.
  • During this process you’ll have an opportunity to practice the tips I shared with you.
  • Consider this stage a trial run, to feel out the program.
  • We’ll take all the necessary measurements and collect data.

Coaching Program

  • Weekly fitness sessions and check ins.
  • Weekly nutrition coaching and check ins.
  • Progress checks every 28 days.
  • Personal incentive and rewards program.
